LIGHTNING!!!
I have ALWAYS wanted to get a good lightning picture, and while these aren't necessarily anything to brag about, they're my very first lightning picture. I got home from work chasing the storm, and ran in and grabbed my camera and tripod and ran out into some empty fields outside our house...not the best location, but the storm was leaving quickly so I had little time. Here are two I like.

Love the pics...especially the second one! I am worried that with your tripod and camera, you have created a lightning rod for a potential really, really closeup. Be careful!

Both pictures are amazing, but I love the second one. The lights in the house look almost like eyes. And they look so vulnerable, compared to the powerful lightning. Very cool!
